Late Policy

There is a five minute grace period when running late to your appointment. After the five minute mark you are subject to losing your appointment and being charged a nonrefundable $15 fee if you must be rescheduled to a different day.

If we are able to move you down to a later appointment time for the same day you will not be charged any fees. So please let me know if you might be running late, and we will see what we can do.

Cancellation Policy

A 12 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to a different day without penalty. If there is less than 12 hours notice given a $15 nonrefundable fee will be charged.

A text reminder is sent 24 hours before your appointment, allowing time to make changes without any penalty.

No Call/No Show Policy

Failure to show up to your appointment without proper cancellation will result in a nonrefundable charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of services booked for that appointment.

”Proper cancellation” means cancelling either through the booking site or through a conversation with me where a response and acknowledgement was given.

Menstruation Policy

We are capable of still performing waxing services during your menstrual cycle. For Bikini services, all that I require is that a new tampon or sanitary cup is inserted prior to coming in for your wax.
I know not everyone is comfortable with those options so please schedule accordingly. Remember that my cancellation policy will still stand for last minute changes.

Minors in the Wax Suite Policy

Minors may be waxed with written consent from a parent or guardian, this means the parent or guardian must accompany the minor for at least the first visit to sign a consent form. Bikini services may be performed starting at the age of 15 and all other services at the age of 12. If the parent or guardian wishes to accompany the minor in the wax suite they may, however it is not required.

Children in the Wax Suite Policy

Children accompanying you in to the wax suite for your appointment is not ideal, the wax suite is not an environment conducive to children.

However, I understand life can be unpredictable so if your child has no option but to join you to your appointment please notify me ahead of time.

Other People in the Wax Suite Policy

Please come to your appointment alone. Services often require open communication due to their intimate nature. The wax suite cannot comfortably accommodate additional people. Any additional persons will be asked to wait outside for the duration of your wax appointment.
